System Administrator - Linux and Windows
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic system administrator to support our software development team of 30+ software developers. Your primary responsibilities will be performing routine system administration, installing new workstations and updating software. In addition, you will work closely with the development team supporting our leading edge development projects. You will also work with our professional services group assisting them in reproducing customer problems.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and has a passion for keeping up with the latest developments in both the Linux and Windows worlds.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years Linux support experience
- 2+ years Windows support experience
Required Skills:
- Ability to troubleshoot network and security issues
- Ability to perform routine backup and physical system maintenance
- Know how to install (Fedora, Ubuntu, CentOS, SUSE), configure and maintain Linux systems.
- Know how to install (Windows XP, Vista, Server), configure and maintain Windows systems.
- Familiarity with VMware a plus
- Familiarity with VPNs a plus

Regional Sales Manager
This sales professional will be responsible for sales of Interactive Supercomputing software products, solutions and services to prospective and current accounts. Working with ISC partners to position and leverage sales opportunities to acquire, grow and retain customers within an assigned territory; fulfilling a wide range of requests for information from prospective customers; qualifying level of opportunity and type of account; prospecting within a territory or account to uncover business needs; implementing aspects of territory and account management and development; identifying accounts with high "close" potential, qualifying, and forecasting time frames to close business; working closely with channel partners to facilitate timely response to highly qualified, high revenue potential leads; preparing standard quotations and proposal information as needed; working with other departments to create and finalize contracts and set time schedules for services; developing an understanding of company pricing and licensing procedures; and performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a territory strategy and account plans for key accounts
- Prospecting and aggressive lead follow-up on lead generation campaigns
- Sell with channel partners, as needed, to close quarterly revenue objectives
- Expand customer base and channel partners as needed to grow the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous sales experience a must
- Knowledge of strategic sales techniques
- Knowledge of hardware and/or software acquisitions cycles and buying influences
- Ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and develop a sales plan
- Ability to communicate technical and business concepts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior software sales experience with a high-technology product, preferred
- Selling background with government, financial services and life science, preferred
- Experience with MS Office and Salesforce.com
